MOCVD Epitaxy
Metal-Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD)  is an advanced semiconductor technology that grows semiconductor films (epitaxy) on a substrate. The quality of an epitaxy determines the properties, quality, lifetime, and reliability of optoelectronic and electronic components. The HPO team is experienced in MOCVD key production process technologies, and is equipped with the skills to improve equipment capabilities, improve crystal quality from the source, and thus produce superior epitaxial wafers to satisfy cutting-edge application market demands.

The HPO core team has over 20 years of technical experience and is well versed in the mechanics of material and production process technology. We achieve the components’ optimal results by fully utilizing the characteristics of our equipment, component design, and production processes. We obtain outstanding performances in all indexes such as epitaxy uniformity, crystal defect density, power conversion efficiency, and temperature stability.
